转炉渣高温调渣改性试验研究

摘要 转炉渣中钙及铁含量较高,具有较好的回收价值,采用中频感应炉的高温条件对其重新进行调渣化学改质。由于转炉渣黏稠度较高,导致物料收得率为70%~80%。经还原后,物料收得率和铁元素还原率分别为68.41%和61.06%,建议添加一定比例的脱氧剂以提高还原率。对调渣改质还原后的熔融渣采用急冷处理后,渣质较轻且呈玻璃体,活性均满足一级钢渣粉要求。粉磨后经过140目过筛比例仅为44%,同时由于MgO2生成不稳定相容易导致膨胀,不利于在胶凝材料中的应用。 The content of calcium and iron in converter slag is high,so it has good recovery value. The high temperature condition of medium frequency induction furnace is used to modify the slag again. Due to the high viscosity of converter slag,the material yield is 70%~80%. After reduction,the material yield and iron reduction rate are 68.41% and 61.06% respectively. It is suggested to add a certain proportion of deoxidizer to improve the reduction rate. After quench treatment,the slag is light and vitreous,and its activity meets the requirements of grade Ⅰ steel slag powder. After grinding,the proportion of 140 mesh sieving is only 44%. At the same time,due to the unstable phase formed by magnesium oxide,it is easy to cause expansion,which is not conducive to the application in cementitious materials.
