摘要
建设一支扎根乡村的教师队伍,对于乡村振兴具有战略性意义。乡村振兴和乡村教师队伍建设取得了许多伟大成就,但乡村教师队伍建设依然存在瓶颈困境,培植乡土情怀是乡村教师队伍建设的根本对策和关键路径。这些对策和路径,包括师范院校面向乡村教育的师范生选拔招生需定向及精准;乡村教师培养培训必须基于乡村独特实际按需施策;乡村教师群体和社会力量内外发力提高乡村教师文化自信;驱使乡村教师成长的宽松政策制度需要更多更快出台。
It is of strategic significance for rural revitalization to build a team of teachers rooted in rural areas. Many great achievements have been made in rural revitalization and the construction of rural teachers, but there are still bottlenecks in the construction of rural teachers. Cultivating tender affection for rural areas is the fundamental countermeasure and key path for the construction of rural teachers.These countermeasures and paths, including the orientation and precision of the selection and enrollment of normal students facing rural education in normal colleges;The training of rural teachers must be based on the unique reality of the countryside;Rural teachers and social forces exert their strength inside and outside to improve rural teachers’ cultural self-confidence;The loose policy system that drives the growth of rural teachers needs to be introduced more and faster.
