新时代区域教师发展机构转型升级的路径革新——基于某教育学院的案例研究

摘要 《新时代基础教育强师计划》对进一步深化基础教育教研机构转型升级提出了新使命和新要求。本文基于国家政策要求和实践现状,阐释了某教育学院“三全育人”区域教师研修中枢运行体系的建构理念和实践举措。提炼出新时代区域教师发展机构转型升级的5大重点:建立健全区域教师研修机构运行体系;构建路径-目标清晰的教研职能定位;坚持师德为先,构建横纵交错、靶向精准的高质量教师培训主线;聚焦成果转化,打造高水平课程资源;以实证教研全面促进区域教育教学质量的提升。梳理出区域教师发展机构转型升级实践中面临的困难,以期为高水平教师教育体系的建设提供智慧资源和实践经验。 “The plan to strengthen basic education teacher force in the New Era” has put forward new requirements to deepen the transformation and upgradation of regional teacher education institutions. Based on the national policy requirements and the practice status, this paper explains the construction concept and practical measures of “the three-dimension education” operation system in a teacher education institution. Five highlights of the transformation and upgradation of regional teacher education institutions in the new era are extracted: establishing a sound operational system of regional teacher education institutions;constructing a clear positioning of teacher educator functions with clear paths and goals;insisting on teacher ethics as the first priority and build a high-quality teacher training main line with horizontal and vertical crisscross and accurate targeting;focusing on achievements transformation and creating high-level curriculum resources and promoting the improvement of regional teacher education quality with empirical research. With the difficulties faced in the transformation and upgradation practice sorted out, the construction of high-level teacher education system acquires intelligent resources and practical experience.
