师范生职业荣誉感问卷的编制

摘要 为设计简便、高效的师范生职业荣誉感测量工具,为后续研究提供基础。根据师范生职业荣誉感的内涵及心理结构确定问卷的维度编制预测问卷。经过项目分析、探索性因素分析、验证性因素分析得到包含16个项目的师范生职业荣誉感问卷,包含职业操守、职业承诺和职业理想三个因子。师范生职业荣誉感问卷各因子及总问卷的内部一致性较高,具有可靠性,与效标学习倦怠和丧心态有合理的相关,表明该问卷具有较好的信度和效度。师范生职业荣誉感问卷的编制,为探讨师范生职业荣誉感的发展规律和教育干预提供了有效工具。 The purpose of this study is to design a simple and efficient measurement tool for normal college students’ sense of professional honor, and to provide the basis for the further research. According to the connotation and psychological structure of normal students’ sense of professional honor, the dimensions of the questionnaire were determined and the questionnaire was developed. With exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, the questionnaire for normal students’ professional honor, which contains 16 items, includes three factors: professional ethics, professional commitment and professional ideal. The questionnaire internal consistency is high, as well as reasonable correlation with learning burnout and Sang mentality, which showed good reliability and validity. The development of the questionnaire provides one high-quality tool for exploring the development and intervention of the normal university student professional honor.
