立德树人视域下师范生考试评价素养提升路径探析

The Improvement of Examination Evaluation Literacy of Normal University Students from the Perspective of Fostering Virtue Through Education

摘要 师范生考试评价素养是师范生从事学业评价所应具备的专业技能。为实现立德树人根本任务,要发挥考试评价引导教学、关注学生表现、科学选才的功能。师范生考试评价素养提升路径包括:在共情效应中践行评价理念,开设实效性的课程丰富评价知识,采取“反哺”模式提升评价技能,坚持知行合一的评价伦理等。 Normal university students’ examination evaluation accomplishment is the professional skill that normal university students should possess in academic evaluation. In order to realize the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating talents, we should give play to the functions of guiding teaching by examination evaluation, paying attention to students’ performance and selecting talents scientifically. The ways to improve the evaluation literacy of normal university students include practicing the evaluation concept in the empathy effect, creating effective courses to enrich evaluation knowledge, adopting “feedback” mode to improve evaluation skills, and insisting on the evaluation ethics integrating knowledge and action.
