马克思恩格斯加强党的集中领导思想及其启示意义

Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels Strengthen the Party’s Centralized Leadership Ideology and its Revelatory Significance

马克思恩格斯为共产党制定的是民主制的组织原则和制度,因此,学界比较注重探讨其党内民主思想,而鲜少探讨党的集中领导问题。本文对马克思恩格斯加强党的集中领导的论述作出系统梳理和分析。在为共产主义者同盟制定的章程中,马克思恩格斯在清除了正义者同盟专制式的集中制后作出了加强集中领导的明确规定;在1848年欧洲革命时期,马克思恩格斯指出无论在革命的发展期还是在低潮期都要加强党的集中领导;在第一国际无产阶级政党内部,马克思恩格斯始终与无政府主义作坚决的斗争,坚持和发展了加强党的集中领导的思想。马克思恩格斯为加强党的集中领导作出的一系列论述,充满了深邃的启示意义。

Marx and Engels formulated the organizational principles and institutions of Democracy for the Communist Party,and as a result,the academic community has paid more attention to the discussion of their democratic ideas within the party and less to the discussion of the centralized leadership of the party.This paper systematically analyses the statements made by Marx and Engels on strengthening the central leadership of the party.In their charter for the Communist League,Marx and Engels made clear how to strengthen centralized leadership after eliminating the League of the Just autocracy.In the European Revolutions of 1848 period,Marx and Engels pointed out the need to strengthen the party’s centralized leadership both during the period of revolutionary development and at a low ebb.Within the first international proletarian party,Marx and Engels always fought against anarchism resolutely and insisted on and developed the thought of strengthening the centralized leadership of the party.Marx and Engels’s arguments for strengthening the party’s centralized leadership are full of profound implications.
