西江“2005·06”特大洪水预演分析探讨

摘要 西江“2005.6”洪水是1915年以来发生的最大流域性特大洪水,为百年一遇洪水。洪水给沿河两岸群众造成直接经济损失高达数十亿元。对该次西江流域性特大洪水开展现状边界条件下模拟仿真分析和研究,总结归纳出西江流域水库群联合调度运行方式、节点时机把握等规律,这对遭遇类似流域性大洪水或特大洪水时,就能充分利用西江流域水库群进行科学合理联合调度,充分发挥水库群的拦洪削峰作用,最大限度减轻洪涝灾害。 The "2005. 6" flood in Xijiang River is the largest basin extraordinary flood since 1915, up to a recurrence period of 100 years. The flood caused direct economic losses of billions of yuan to people along the banks of the river. Simulation analysis and study of this flood was conducted under current boundary conditions, based on which the operation modes and node timing were summarized for joint operation of reservoir group in Xijiang River basin. When similar basin big flood or extraordinary flood recurs, scientific and proper joint operation of reservoir group in Xijiang River basin can be brought into full play to retain flood and reduce flood peak, alleviate flood disaster to the maximum extent.
