摘要
采用石墨烯和氧化石墨烯(GO)作为增强体、无水乙醇作为稀释剂,对紫外光固化树脂进行物理改性。通过3D打印制备石墨烯增强光固化树脂试样,研究了石墨烯和GO添加量对光固化树脂力学性能的影响。结果表明,与石墨烯相比,GO含有更多的极性含氧基团,能与极性光固化树脂之间形成非共价键,改善了GO在光固化树脂中的均匀分散性。当GO添加量为0.15%时,与纯树脂相比,拉伸强度从27.99 MPa提高至37.31 MPa,提高了约32.30%,冲击强度从17.79 kJ/m^(2)提高至25.48 kJ/m^(2),提高了约43.00%;与添加0.05%石墨烯相比,拉伸强度和冲击强度分别提高了23.67%和13.20%。因此,添加GO对提高光固化树脂的力学性能效果更佳。
Graphene and graphene oxide were used as reinforcements,and absolute ethanol was used as diluent to modify the mechanical properties of photocurable resin.The samples of graphene reinforced UV curable resin were made with 3D printing,and the effects of graphene and graphene oxide addition on the mechanical properties of UV curable resin were studied.The results showed that graphene oxide contains more polar oxygen-containing groups,which could form a non covalent bond with polar light curing resin.Therefore,the uniform dispersion of graphene oxide in light curing resin was improved.When the content of graphene oxide was 0.15%,compared with pure resin,the tensile strength increases from 27.99 MPa to 37.31 MPa.The impact strength increased from 17.79 kJ/m^(2)to 25.48 kJ/m^(2).Compared with the addition of 0.05%graphene,the tensile strength and impact strength were increased by 23.67%and 13.20%respectively.Therefore,the addition of graphene oxide had a better effect on improving the mechanical properties of UV curing resin.
