摘要 结合化妆品盒盖的精密注塑成型生产要求,设计了一副1模2腔两板式注塑模具。模具中,采用“香蕉形”潜伏式浇口,保证了塑件的成型外观完整美观。为保证塑件从上模仁内安全脱模,设计了一种弹簧驱动式镶件顶出机构;为实现局部区域卡沟特征的脱模,设计了一种新型双叉斜顶机构实施侧抽芯脱模,解决了局部狭窄区域多个斜顶机构设计困难的问题;为实现塑件ID标识的更换及调整,设计了一种插杆型ID更换机构,解决了塑件换批生产时ID标识更换的问题。模具结构为单次分型两板模,单次顶出。模腔冷却采用2条?10 mm管道进行冷却,模腔排气采用深度为0.02 mm的排气边进行排气,及成型小镶件、顶针的安装间隙进行辅助排气,其中,安装间隙小于0.015 mm。 Aiming at the precision injection molding production of cosmetic box lids,a pair of one-mold two-cavity two-plate injection mold was designed.In the mold,a banana-shaped gate was used to ensure the appearance of the plastic part.In order to ensure that the plastic parts were reliably ejected from the upper mold core,a spring-driven insert ejection mechanism was designed;in order to achieve the ejection of the local area jamming feature,a new type of double-fork inclined ejection mechanism was designed to implement.The side core pulling and demoulding solved the difficult problems of designing multiple inclined top mechanisms in local narrow areas;in order to realize the replacement and adjustment of the ID mark of plastic parts,a plunger type ID replacement mechanism was designed to solve the problem of changing batch production of plastic parts.ID identification replacement problem.The mold structure was a single-parting two-plate mold with a single ejection.Mold cavity cooling uses two?10 mm pipes for cooling.Mold cavity exhaust used a 0.02 mm exhaust edge for exhaust.At the same time,it also used the installation gap of the small molding insert and thimble for exhaust.The installation gap was less than 0.015 mm.
