长碳链聚酰胺改性聚酰胺6的进展 被引量:1

摘要 长碳链聚酰胺的高柔性链段可以显著改善短链聚酰胺6(PA6)链段柔性,同时提高了其抗冲击强度,降低了其熔点及吸水性等,因此,采用PA11、PA12或PA1010改性PA6仍为该领域近年来的研究热点。虽然长碳链聚酰胺在改善PA6的力学性能及加工性能等方面的效果显著,但是,由于分子链柔性、氢键形成能力及结晶能力的影响,改性效果并不随长碳链含量的增加而提高。因此,详细地分析了高柔性分子链对改性PA6的链段与结构的影响,综述了不同的长碳链聚酰胺种类、成分比例及改性方法对改性PA6的力学性能、熔点、结晶性能及吸水性等性能的影响。最后,对该领域中亟待解决的问题进行了总结,并且对未来的发展提出了方向及建议。 Long carbon chain polyamide due to its special high flexible segment exhibite prominent advantages in the flexible modification of short chain polyamide.In addition,materials properties of impact strength and water adsorption are enhanced,and melting point is lowered during the modification process of PA6.Herein,researches on PA6 modification through PA11,PA12 or PA1010 are being a hotspot recently.Although long carbon chain polyamide in the modification of PA6 show advantages over mechanical and processing properties,the modification effect is not enhanced singly with the increase of the content,which is due to effects from molecular chain flexibility,hydrogen bond formation and crystallization.The effects of high flexible segment on the structure of long carbon chain polyamide modified nylon 6 are investigated in detail.Furthermore,the relationship between different long carbon chain polyamides,component proportions,modification methods and properties such as strength,melting,crystallinity and water adsorption of target modification is also summarized.Finally,the existent problems are sorted out,and some suggestions are put forward in the future development.
