规模猪场排污系数研究

Study on Pollutant Discharge Coefficient of Large-scale Pig Farms

摘要 为获得江西地区规模猪场的排污系数,选择采用USR+A/O+MBR组合工艺处理的江西新建区某规模养猪场,通过对其养殖过程中排出的粪便、尿液和污水处理各环节污染物有关特性参数进行周年季节性监测。结果表明:不同粪污处理工艺对排污系数影响较大,经USR+A/O+MBR工艺处理模式的保育猪、育肥猪和母猪3个阶段的排污系数COD分别为0.87、1.57、1.89 g/(头·d),TN分别为6.71、15.46、14.38 g/(头·d),NH_(3)-N分别为0.41、1.32、0.87 g/(头·d),TP分别为0.74、1.57、2.96 g/(头·d);经USR+A/O工艺处理模式的保育猪、育肥猪和母猪3个阶段的排污系数COD分别为6.43、11.54、13.90 g/(头·d),TN分别为12.76、29.37、27.33 g/(头·d),NH_(3)-N分别为2.26、7.28、4.81 g/(头·d),TP分别为9.48、20.09、38.00 g/(头·d)。污水经USR+A/O+MBR模式处理后,COD、NH_(3)-N、TN、TP的去除率分别为95.40%、91.41%、72.73%、95.89%。 In order to obtain the pollutant discharge coefficient of the large-scale pig farm in Jiangxi Province,the“USR+A/O+MBR”combined process was adopted to treat a large-scale pig farm in Jiangxi Province.The annual seasonal monitoring was conducted through the relevant characteristic parameters of the pollutants discharged from feces,urine and sewage treatment in the process of its breeding.The results showed that the sewage disposal process had a great influence on the sewage discharge coefficient,the emission coefficient COD of nursery pigs,fattening pigs and sows treated by“USR+A/O+MBR”was 0.87,1.57 and 1.89 g/(head·d),respectively.TN was 6.71,15.46 and 14.38 g/(head·d).NH_(3)-N was 0.41,1.32 and 0.87 g/(head·d).TP was 0.74,1.57 and 2.96 g/(head·d),respectively.The emission coefficient COD of nursery pigs,fattening pigs and sows treated by“USR+A/O”process was 6.43,11.54 and 13.90 g/(head·d),respectively.TN was 12.76,29.37 and 27.33 g/(head·d).NH_(3)-N was 2.26,7.28 and 4.81 g/(head·d).TP was 9.48,20.09 and 37.99 g/(head·d),respectively.After“USR+A/O+MBR”treatment,the removal rates of COD,NH_(3)-N,TN and TP were 95.40%,91.41%,72.73%and 95.89%,respectively.
