摘要 针对以黄河为水源的某水厂取水控制系统存在的问题,设计一种Smith预估模糊PID变频取水控制系统,利用Simulink仿真工具设计变频取水仿真模型并进行仿真分析,同时向系统加入扰动测试其抗干扰能力。为了验证不同控制算法的控制性能,对传统PID、Smith-PID、模糊PID以及Smith-模糊PID控制算法进行相互比较。通过分析4种控制方式下的系统性能指标,证明了变频取水控制系统采用Smith-模糊PID控制算法能够更好地达到预期的控制效果。 In view of the problems existing in the water intake control system of a water plant with the Yellow River as its water source, a Smith predictive fuzzy PID variable-frequency water intake control system is designed. The variable-frequency water intake simulation model is designed and simulated by using the Simulink simulation tool. At the same time, the disturbance is added to the system to test its anti-interference ability. In order to verify the control performance of different control algorithms, the traditional PID, Smith-PID, fuzzy PID and Smith-fuzzy PID control algorithms are compared. Through the analysis of system performance index, it is proved that the Smith-fuzzy PID control algorithm can better achieve the desired control effect in the variable frequency water intake control system.
