摘要
高知群体是高校各项事业发展的中流砥柱,高知群体党员管理是高校党的建设重要任务。当前高校党委对高知群体党员发展的重视程度逐步提高,但是在管理的方式方法和机制建立上仍存在不足,应对形势变化和创新组织形式的能力略显欠缺。通过回顾西方组织行为学中心理契约理论体系的发展和应用,分析研究当前高校高知群体党员发展的现状和问题,进而将心理契约理论引入高知党员管理全过程,创新性地构建基于心理契约理论的高校高知党员发展动态演化模型,提出完善高知党员管理的思想引领机制、党性修为机制和双向互动机制等机制体制的实现路径。
The high intellectual group is the mainstay of the development of various undertakings in colleges and universities, and the management of Party members in the high intellectual group is an important task of Party construction in colleges and universities.At present, university Party committees pay more and more attention to the development of party members of the high knowledge group, but there are still some shortcomings in the way and mechanism of party members management, and the ability to cope with the change of situation and innovate the organizational form is slightly lacking. By reviewing the development and application of psychological contract theory system in western organizational behavior, this paper analyzes and studies the current situation and problems of the development of Party members of the high intellectual group in colleges and universities.The psychological contract theory is introduced into the whole process of the management of high intellectual party members.This paper constructs a dynamic evolution model of the development of high intellectual party members in colleges and universities based on psychological contract theory, and further discusses the realization path of the mechanism system of improving the management of high intellectual party members, such as ideological leading mechanism,party spirit modification mechanism and two-way interaction mechanism.
