信息技术和经济全球化使得跨境电商得到迅猛发展,但人才的缺失却成为跨境电商行业发展的瓶颈。为培养适合企业需要的跨境电商人才,高职院校要利用“1+X”证书制度的契机,加强校企合作,产教融合,通过明确人才培养目标、完善课程建设体系、提升教师实践教学能力,学历教育与职业培训相结合,进一步完善跨境电商人才培养体系。

Information technology and economic globalization have led to the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce, but the lack of talents has become a bottleneck for the development of cross-border e-commerce industry. In order to cultivate cross-border e-commerce talents that meet the needs of enterprises, higher vocational colleges should take the opportunity of the “1+X” certificate system to strengthen school enterprise cooperation,industry education integration, further improve the cross-border e-commerce talent training system by defining talent training objectives, improving the curriculum construction system, improving teachers’ practical teaching ability and combining academic education with vocational training.
