数字中国战略与中国式教育数字化研究 被引量:13

摘要 党的二十大报告强调要“加快建设数字中国”和“深入实施科教兴国战略”,并首次将“推进教育数字化”写入“办好人民满意的教育”部分,提出“推进教育数字化,建设全民终身学习的学习型社会、学习型大国”。可见,数字中国战略已成为建设中国特色社会主义现代化强国的重要行动指南,而教育数字化也是信息时代的必然要求,更是数字中国战略在教育领域中的具体实践。在此背景下,开展数字中国战略下的中国式教育数字化研究,对促进教育高质量发展,办好人民满意的教育,加快中国教育现代化建设步伐,具有重要意义。鉴于此,文章从数字中国战略入手,分析其与教育数字化的关联性,并阐述了教育数字化的意义与实现途径,即教育数字化如何驱动教育创新,如教育思想、教育模式和教育方式方法等教育领域的全面创新。在此基础上,文章在分析中国实际情况和吸纳国际同行优秀成果的基础上,提出中国式教育数字化的建设道路:一是利用教育数字化,探索教育新思维,推动教育高质量发展;二是依托教育新基建、资源建设以及人工智能等技术,建设人民满意的高质量教育体系;三是建设基于元宇宙的素质教育新范式,探索基于元宇宙技术的中国式未来教育新范式。 The report to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to“accelerate the building of digital China”and“implement the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education”,and for the first time“promoting the digitization of education”was included in the report.Thus it can be seen that the digital China strategy has become an important guideline to the construction of a modern socialist country with Chinese characteristics,when the digitization of education is an inevitable requirement in the information age,and all the more the specific practice of the digital China strategy in the field of education.In this context,it is of great significance to study the digitization of Chinese education under the digital China strategy to promote the high-quality development of education,provide satisfactory education and accelerate the modernization of China’s education.Based on this,this paper starts with the digital China strategy,analyzes its relevance to education digitization,and expounds the significance and paths of education digitization,that is,how education digitization drives comprehensive education innovation in such fields as education ideas,education models,and education methods.Besides,by analyzing the actual situation of China and drawing lessons from the excellent achievements of international counterparts,the paper puts forward the construction path of Chinese education digitization:First,using education digitization to explore new thinking of education and promote the high quality development of education;second,building a high-quality and satisfactory education system by utilizing new educational infrastructure,resources pooling and artificial intelligence technologies;third,building a new paradigm of quality education based on the metaverse and exploring a new paradigm of Chinese education based on the metaverse technology in future.
