智能时代区域教研方式转型与精准教研实施 被引量:1

摘要 在智能时代,教研工作的功能任务发生变化,推动区域教研方式转型,进而实施精准教研已成为教研机构当前落实立德树人根本任务的工作必需。智能时代区域教研转型的实践价值在于,有利于多主体数字融合共享,实现教学精准化,构建智慧教研体系,实现区域教研管理从模糊走向精准。而通过加强技术融合、关注学习过程、实施循证教研和创新教研机制,能够有效推动区域教研方式的科学转型。以此为基础,文章提出精准教研实施的五个重要路径:一是着力明晰教研工作任务转型的基本趋势;二是开展教研需求精准调研和教研满意度跟进调查;三是实施基于质量监测的命题改进;四是强化质量监测结果的科学运用;五是着力提升教研人员的信息素养。 In the age of intelligence,the functional tasks of teaching and research have changed,and thus promoting the transformation of regional teaching and research methods,and implementing accurate teaching and research has become a necessary task for teaching and research institutions to implement the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating people.The age of intelligence enables the transformation of regional teaching and research,which is conducive to multi-agent digital integration and sharing,the realization of teaching accuracy,the construction of an intelligent teaching and research system and the practical value of regional teaching and research management from fuzziness to accuracy.By strengthening technology integration,attaching importance to the learning process,implementing evidence-based teaching and research and innovating teaching and research mechanisms,the scientific transformation of regional teaching and research methods can be promoted and enhanced.The paper points out five paths for the implementation of precision teaching and research,namely:clarifying the basic trend of transformation of teaching and research tasks,carrying out accurate research on teaching and research needs and follow-up surveys on teaching and research satisfaction,implementing proposition improvement based on quality monitoring,strengthening the scientific application of quality monitoring results,and striving to improve the information literacy of teaching and research personnel.
