双低菜粕的营养特性及其在奶牛日粮中的应用

双低菜粕是油菜籽榨油后的副产物,富含粗蛋白、氨基酸、矿物质等营养成分。双低菜粕与普通菜粕相比,有较低的芥酸和硫代葡萄糖苷含量,使得其能够更好地应用于反刍动物。当前我国豆粕价格暴涨,导致养殖成本高,严重制约了畜牧业发展。而双低菜粕较豆粕价格存在优势,因此如何高效利用双低菜粕成为一个现实问题。本文主要阐述了双低菜粕的营养价值及其在奶牛日粮中的利用,为营养师对双低菜粕的使用提供理论依据。

Canola meal is a by-product of rapeseed oil extraction, which is rich in crude protein, amino acids, minerals and other nutrients. Compared with common rapeseed meal, Canola meal has lower erucic acid and glucosinolate content, which enable it to be better applied to ruminants. At present, the soaring price of soybean meal leads to high breeding costs, which seriously restricts the development of husbandry. The price of canola meal is superior to soybean meal, so how to use canola meal efficiently is the research focus. This paper mainly expounds the nutritional value of canola meal and its utilization in dairy cow, and provides a theoretical basis for the use of canola meal by nutritionists.
