摘要
将中药诃子、余甘子用中性去离子水索氏提取4~6h,蒸干水分,得到深棕色的物质,收率分别为10%和10.5%。将其用水稀释,得到本次参试的药物贮存液,采用试管法测定它们以及1:1和2:1混合物对奶牛乳房炎病原菌(金黄色葡萄球菌、无乳链球菌、假单胞杆菌、产肠毒素型大肠杆菌(ETEC)以及这四种等量混合菌)的最低抑菌浓度。结果显示,诃子、余甘子对这四种病菌均有较强的抑菌作用。1:1混合时,两种药物对于金黄色葡萄球菌、假单胞杆菌的抑制有协同作用,对于ETEC的抑制有拮抗作用;对于金黄色葡萄球菌、无乳链球菌和四种菌的等量复混菌无相互作用。2:1混合时,两种药物对于假单胞杆菌的抑制有协同作用,对于ETEC的抑制无相互作用;对于金黄色葡萄球菌、无乳链球菌和四种菌复混菌的抑制有相加作用。
The traditional Chinese medicine Terminalia chebula and Phyllanthus emblica were extracted by Soxhlet extraction with neutral deionized water for 4-6 hours,and the water was evaporated to dryness to obtain dark brown substances with the yields of 10%and 10.5%respectively.Dilute it with water to obtain the drug stock solution of this experiment.Use the tube method to determine the minimum inhibitory concentration of them and their 1:1 and 2:1 mixtures against the pathogenic bacteria of cow mastitis(Staphylococcus aureus,Streptococcus agalactis,Pseudomonas,ETEC and these four equal mixed bacteria).The results show that Terminalia chebula and Phyllanthus emblica have strong antibacterial effects on these four bacteria.1:1 mixed,the two drugs have a synergistic effect on the inhibition of Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas,an antagonistic effect on the inhibition of ETEC.No interaction on the inhibition of Staphylococcus aureus,Streptococcus agalactis and these four equal mixed bacteria.2:1 mixing,the two drugs have a synergistic effect on the inhibition of Pseudomonas,but no interaction on the inhibition of ETEC.The inhibition of Staphylococcus aureus,Streptococcus agalactis and the mixture of the four bacteria had additive effect.
