乡村振兴背景下广西渔业高质量发展的问题与对策

Problems and Countermeasures of High-quality Development of Fishery in Guangxi under the Background of Rural Revitalization

渔业是广西农业和海洋经济的优势产业。近年来广西紧扣水产品稳产保供、渔业提质增效和渔民富裕富足的目标,持续推进渔业高质量发展,取得了显著成效。但在良种体系、设施装备、发展空间和产业布局等方面仍存在一定问题。文章通过对广西渔业发展现状及产业发展存在的问题进行研究分析,提出“抓好渔业顶层设计,推进有序发展;构建良种体系,加大水产良种选育和推广应用力度;提升渔业装备,切实提高渔业发展活力和质量效益;加强科研创新体系建设,提高产业支撑能力;加强水产品加工,构建现代流通网;拓展渔业功能,大力推动产业融合发展”等建议和对策,以促进广西渔业高质量发展。

Fishery is the advantageous industry of agriculture and marine economy in Guangxi.In recent years,Guangxi has continuously promoted the high-quality development of fishery and achieved remarkable results by focusing on the goals of stable production and supply of aquatic products,improvement of fishery quality and efficiency,and prosperity of fishermen.However,there are still some issues in seed system,facilities and equipment,development space and industrial layout.Based on the research and analysis of the current situation of fishery development and the problems existing in the industrial development in Guangxi,this paper puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures,such as grasping the top-level design of fishery and promating orderly development,building a good variety system and increasing the application of the breeding and popularization of aquatic products,improving fishery equipment and effectiely enhancing the vitality of fisheny development and its quality and efficiency,strengthening the construction of scientific research innovation system and improving the ability of inclusting support,enhancing the equatic products processing and building modern distribution network,expanding fishery functions and vigorously promoting the inteyrated development of industries and so on,so as to promote the high-quality development of fishery in Guangxi.
