摘要
【目的】为了促进广西农产品物流发展。【方法】选取广西14个地市的农产品经济发展水平、农产品物流发展水平、农产品物流信息化水平等指标,基于因子分析法、聚类分析法对广西各地市物流发展水平进行综合评价、分类。【结果】广西农产品物流发展存在较大差异,每个市的发展水平不一,聚类分析显示,14个地市按照农产品物流综合发展水平归为3类,第一类农产品物流发展水平最高,仅有南宁1城市;第二类农产品物流发展有一定的水平,包括柳州、桂林、玉林、百色4个地市;第三类农产品物流发展水平较低,包括梧州、贵港、河池、崇左、北海、防城港、贺州、来宾等9个地市。【建议】应根据农产品物流发展水平采取不同的对策:第一类地市重点发展冷链农产品物流和智慧农产品物流,起引领示范作用,并统筹发展广西农产品“智慧+冷链”物流;第二类地市在原有的基础上,借鉴第一类地市成熟的农产品物流发展对策,增加智能化设备和信息化技术,同时提高农产品物流的数量,扩大农产品物流规模,实现农产品物流的进一步发展;第三类地市重点加强农业产业发展,完善基础设施设备,提高信息化水平,保障广西农产品物流稳定发展。
【Objective】In order to promote the development of Guangxi agricultural products logistics.【Method】Based on the factor analysis method and cluster analysis method,the agricultural products economic development level,agricultural products logistics development level and agricultural products logistics informationization level of 14 cities in Guangxi were selected to comprehensively evaluate and classify the logistics development level.【Result】There are great differences in the development of agricultural products logistics in Guangxi,and the development level of each city is different.Cluster analysis shows that 14 cities are classified into 3 categories according to the comprehensive development level of agricultural products logistics.The first category of agricultural products logistics has the highest development level,the only one city is Nanning.The second category of agricultural products logistics development has a certain level,including 4 cities:Liuzhou,Guilin Yulin and Baise.The third category of agricultural products logistics development level is low,including 9 cities:Wuzhou,Guigang,Hechi,Chongzuo,Beihai,Fangchenggang,Hezhou and Laibin.【Suggestion】It should be based on the level of development of agricultural logistics to take different measures:the first category of cities focus on the development of cold-chain agricultural products logistics and intelligent agricultural products logistics,which play a leading role model and co-ordinate the development of“smart+cold chain”logistics of Guangxi agricultural products.The second category of cities on the basis of the original,learn from the first category of cities mature agricultural products logistics development strategy,improve intelligent equipment and information technology,increase the number of agricultural products logistics in the meanwhile,and expand the scale of agricultural products logistics to achieve further development of agricultural products logistics.The third category of cities focus on strengthen the development of agricultural industry,improve infrastructure and equipment,enhance the level of informatization and ensure the stable development of agricultural products logistics in Guangxi.
