摘要
大型建设项目团队成员之间的信任,可以降低知识共享的成本,促使先进有效的项目管理知识在团队成员之间有效转移。在介绍大型建设项目团队知识学习信任概念、作用的基础上,结合项目团队知识学习的不同阶段,阐述了大型建设项目团队知识学习信任演化过程;然后从个体、团队、组织三个层面建立了项目团队知识学习信任评价指标体系,最后运用层次分析法和灰色聚类评价方法构建了大型建设项目团队知识学习信任评价模型,并以此进行了案例分析。
Trust among large-scale construction project team members can reduce the cost of knowledge sharing and promote advanced and effective project management knowledge transfer among team members effectively. First of all, it introduced the concept and effect of trust in knowledge learning among large-scale construction project team. Combined with different stages of the project team knowledge learning, it elaborated trust evolution in knowledge learning of large-scale construction project team. Then, from the three levels of individual, team, organization,it established the indicator system about trust evaluation in knowledge learning of large-scale construction project team. Finally, AHP and gray clustering evaluation method were used to build trust evaluation model of knowledge learning of largescale construction project team, and a case studies was carried out about.
