摘要
对该建筑基本情况调查、建筑平面图绘制、垂直度、材料强度检测、截面尺寸、混凝土构件钢筋隐蔽情况、建筑连接及构造、裂缝或缺陷、地基基础等一系列参数进行检测,结合建筑实际布置及相关规范对承载力及耐久性能进行计算,综合分析该既有建筑因长时间闲置导致上部主体结构存在的一些现状问题,针对存在的问题提出处理措施,解决了房屋存在的安全隐患,为相关工程提供参考。
A series of parameters such as basic situation investigation, building plan drawing, perpendicularity, material strength detection, section size, concrete component reinforcement concealment, building connection and structure, cracks or defects, foundation and so on are tested, and the bearing capacity and durability are calculated in combination with the actual layout of the building and relevant specifications. Based on the comprehensive analysis of some existing problems of the upper main structure of the existing building due to its long-term idleness, the paper puts forward treatment measures for the existing problems, solves the potential safety hazards of the building,and provides reference for relevant projects.
