装配式建筑剪刀式楼梯间多功能平台施工工法研究

Research on Construction Method of Multifunctional Platform of Prefabricated Building Scissors Staircase

为了提高装配式建筑剪刀式楼梯间的施工安全和施工速度,结合装配式建筑的预制剪刀梯吊装难以与楼层结构面同步施工的特点,开展了装配式建筑剪刀式楼梯间多功能平台施工技术研究,总结出一种新型装配式建筑剪刀式楼梯间多功能平台施工工法,阐释了该施工工法特点及其操作要点,工程实践证明:该工法使用功能丰富、使用安全性高、操作方便、宜大范围推广应用。

In order to improve construction safety and construction speed of scissor stairs of prefabricated building,it considered that prefabricated scissor stairs hoisting is hard to simultaneously construct with structural surface of storey,and displayed research on multifunctional construction technology of scissor stairs of prefabricated building.Moreover,it summarized a new multifunctional construction technology of scissor stairs of prefabricated building,and interpreted characteristics of this construction craft and operational points.The construction practice proved that this craft is characterized by rich function,high safety,convenient operation wide application.
