钢管混凝土拱桥全过程稳定性和刚度分析 被引量:1

摘要 钢管混凝土拱桥是目前运用较多的一种桥梁形式,其方法是在薄壁钢管内灌注混凝土而形成的一种组合结构,其作用原理是利用封闭薄壁钢管对内部混凝土的套箍约束作用,使得其处于三向受压状态下,从而使得混凝土的承载能力提高。但是对于钢管混凝土拱桥整体来说,其稳定性是一项重要的过程。钢管混凝土拱桥在不同施工阶段时,其所承受的荷载不一致,且进行到下一阶段时,荷载又发生变化,因此其全过程的稳定性至关重要。本文以某钢管混凝土拱桥为例,通过有限元软件分析其在各个不同施工阶段的稳定性能,同时对成桥后的整体稳定性、刚度以及强度进行分析,结果表明,该桥在施工阶段的整体稳定性满足规范要求,说明施工阶段的划分较为合理,且在成桥后的稳定性、刚度均符合规范要求。证明该钢管混凝土拱桥在全过程阶段中的稳定性满足要求,且较为合理。本文希望通过此文以期对类似工程提供参考。 Concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge is a kind of bridge that is widely used at present. Its method is a composite structure formed by pouring concrete into thin-walled steel tubes. It is in a state of three-way compression, so that the bearing capacity of the concrete is improved. But for the CFST arch bridge as a whole, its stability is an important process. The CFST arch bridge bears inconsistent loads in different construction stages, and the load changes when it progresses to the next stage, so the stability of the whole process is very important. In this paper, taking a concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge as an example, the finite element software is used to analyze its stability performance in different construction stages, and the overall stability, stiffness and strength of the bridge after completion are analyzed. The results show that the overall stability of the bridge in the construction stage is analyzed. The stability meets the requirements of the specification, indicating that the division of the construction stage is more reasonable, and the stability and stiffness after the bridge is completed meet the requirements of the specification. It is proved that the stability of the CFST arch bridge in the whole process stage meets the requirements and is reasonable. This article hopes to provide a reference for similar projects through this article.
