装配式建筑施工工艺研究

摘要 在当今“节能减碳”的大环境下,降低住宅建设过程中的各种资源消耗,逐渐迈向绿色建筑,是建筑业必须取得的创新和突破。而通过建筑施工装配化是将打破这些现存的资源浪费和高碳排放现状的,将向节能减排的目标更近一步。目前,我国的住宅建设已经达到了一个重要的转折点,既要求数量的增加和质量的保证,同时又要求资源的合理利用和保护所需要的资源,实现住宅建设多快好省的全面发展。因此建筑工业化是目前我国的必然之路,本文结合目前公司在建的大兴旧宫项目施工现场构件安装现状,进行了简要的描述解析。 In today’s "energy saving and carbon reduction" environment, reducing the consumption of various resources in the process of housing construction and gradually moving towards green buildings is an innovation and breakthrough that the construction industry must achieve. The assembly of building construction will break these existing waste of resources and high carbon emissions, and will be a step closer to the goal of energy conservation and emission reduction. At present, China’s housing construction has reached an important turning point, which requires not only the increase of quantity and the guarantee of quality, but also the reasonable use of resources and the protection of resources needed to realize the comprehensive development of housing construction. Therefore, building industrialization is the inevitable way in China at present. This paper briefly describes and analyzes the current situation of component installation at the construction site of Daxing Old Palace project under construction by the company.
