基于价值工程的三组分产品成本分析及控制的研究

Research on Cost Analysis and Control of Three-component Products Based on Value Engineering

生物质原料存在于大自然各种植物体中,主要由纤维素、半纤维素、木质素三组分组成。本文将价值工程运用于生物质原料三组分分离技术改进及创新过程中,创建了价值工程在三组分成本分析及控制中的基本模型,并在基本模型的基础上提出了联产品成本计算方法。该模型可应用于其他三组分分离及多组分分离技术改进过程总成本控制过程中。

Biomass raw material is a kind of organism widely existing in nature, which is mainly composed of cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin. This paper applies value engineering to the improvement and innovation of biomass three component separation technology,establishes the basic model of value engineering in the cost control of three components, and puts forward improvement ideas on the basis of the basic model. This model can be applied to the total cost control of other three component separation and multi-component separation technology improvement processes.
