新时代以来,我们党带领全国各族人民共同努力、持续奋斗,如期实现了第一个百年奋斗目标,并向着第二个百年奋斗目标迈进。踏上新征程,世界百年未有之大变局加速演进,我国发展进入战略机遇和风险挑战并存、不确定难预料因素增多的时期,各种“黑天鹅”“灰犀牛”事件随时可能发生。因此,必须抓住用好新的战略机遇,应对来自国内国际的各种风险挑战,坚持和加强党的全面领导,坚持高质量发展,把握新一轮科技创新和产业变革先机,加快建设教育强国、科技强国、人才强国,积极推动构建人类命运共同体,坚持以中国式现代化全面推进中华民族伟大复兴。

Since the beginning of the new era, the CPC has led the people of all ethnic groups to make joint efforts and strive continuously to achieve the first 100-year goal on schedule and move towards the second 100-year goal. Embarking on a new journey,the world’s major changes unprecedented in a century has accelerated in its evolution. Therefore, China’s development has entered a period where strategic opportunities and risks and challenges coexist, and uncertainties and unpredictable factors have increased,with various "black swan" and "gray rhino" events popping up at any time. Therefore, we must seize and make good use of the new strategic opportunities, deal with various risks and challenges from home and abroad, adhere to and strengthen the overall leadership of the Party, persist in high-quality development, seize the first opportunities of the new round of scientific and technological innovation and industrial transformation, accelerate the building of a strong country in education, science and technology and human resources, actively promote the building of a community of shared future for humankind, and insist on Chinese modernization to comprehensively promote the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
