摘要
随着畜牧行业的快速发展,在保证经济效益的同时还要额外注重动物福利的实践。在世界范围内,推动动物福利提升的管理和技术手段仍需不断开发和探索。传感器作为一种新兴技术,为持续、实时地测量农场动物的行为、心理和生理参数提供了很好的平台。非植入性传感器技术在未来的需求将会逐步增长,尤其是对注重成本的养殖者和有福利意识的消费者来说,更是具有巨大的潜力。本文介绍了非植入性传感器技术及其应用场景,在此基础上,综述了以营养、环境、健康、行为和情绪五方面为出发点,探讨非植入性传感器对动物福利的运作方式和研究进展,并总结了传感器技术尚存的不足。
With the rapid development of the livestock industry,there is an additional focus on animal welfare practices while ensuring economic efficiency.However,worldwide management and technological tools to drive animal welfare enhancement require development and exploration.Sensors,as an emerging technology,provide an excellent platform for continuous,real-time measurement of behavioral,psychological and physiological parameters of farm animals.The demand for non-invasive sensor technology will gradually grow in the future,especially for cost-conscious farmers and welfare-conscious consumers.In this paper,we will introduce non-invasive sensor technology and its application scenarios,based on which we will review the operational approach and research progress in non-invasive sensors for animal welfare with five starting points:nutrition,environment,health,behavior and emotion,and summarize the remaining shortcomings of the sensor technology.
