2020年—2021年天台县感染性腹泻患者病原菌监测结果分析 被引量:2

Monitoring and analysis of pathogenic bacteria of patients with infectious diarrhea in Tiantai County from 2020 to 2021

摘要 目的 对2020年—2021年天台县感染性腹泻患者病原菌感染状况进行分析,为食源性疾病的防控提供参考。方法 对食源性疾病监测哨点医院送检的感染性腹泻患者标本进行病原菌检测,通过哨点医院监测报告系统收集病例信息及检验结果,采用描述性方法进行分析。结果 共采集感染性腹泻患者标本2 246份,检出病原菌344份,总检出率为15.32%(344/2 246)。其中,沙门菌为7.48%(168/2 246),副溶血性弧菌为3.43%(77/2 246),白假丝酵母菌为2.09%(47/2 246),致泻性大肠埃希菌为0.71%(16/2 246),金黄色葡萄球菌为0.53%(12/2 246)。第二季度的病原菌检出率最高,各季度间病原菌总检出率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=305.52,P<0.001)。男性总检出率高于女性(χ^(2)=9.94,P<0.05)。0岁~6岁组病例的沙门菌检出率最高。结论 第二季度、三季度是天台县感染性腹泻的发病高峰期,6岁以下儿童是细菌性腹泻的重点防控人群。 Objective This paper aims to analyze the pathogenic infection status of patients with infectious diarrhea in Tiantai County from 2020 to 2021, so as to provide reference for the prevention and control of foodborne diseases. Methods Pathogenic bacteria were detected in the samples of patients with infectious diarrhea sent by the foodborne disease sentinel hospital. The case information and the test results were collected through the sentinel hospital’s monitoring and reporting system and analyzed by descriptive methods. Results A total of 2 246 specimens from patients with infectious diarrhea were collected, and 344 pathogens were detected. The total detection rate was 15.32%(344/2 246). Among them, Salmonella was 7.48%(168/2 246), Vibrio parahaemolyticus was 3.43%(77/2 246), Candida albicans was 2.09%(47/2 246), diarrhea causing Escherichia coli was 0.71%(16/2 246), and Staphylococcus aureus was 0.53%(12/2 246). The detection rate of pathogens was the highest in the second season, and there was statistical significance on the difference in the total detection rate of pathogens among seasons(χ^(2)=305.52, P<0.001).The total detection rate of male was higher than that of female(χ^(2)=9.94, P<0.05). The detection rate of Salmonella was the highest in 0-6 year old group. Conclusion The second and third seasons are the peak seasons for infectious diarrhea in Tiantai County. Children under 6 years old are the key population for prevention and control of bacterial diarrhea.
