摘要
急性缺血性脑卒中(AIS)是中枢神经系统的危急重症。近年来,国内外学者高度重视AIS的移动卒中单元院前诊疗管理能力提升,缩短CT检查、诊断及溶栓治疗时间,以提高溶栓效率,改善临床结局。2019年,国家脑卒中防治工程委员会等制定了《移动卒中单元中国专家共识2019》和《移动卒中单元技术规范中国专家共识2019》。近3年,国内外在移动卒中单元院前诊疗管理领域进一步融合了5G信息和人工智能(AI)技术,在卒中院前诊疗管理理念和治疗方法上取得了显著进步,为了更好地适应其发展,指导临床实践,本指南编辑委员会在中国专家共识的基础上制定了中国5G移动卒中单元院前诊疗管理指南。
Acute ischemic stroke(AIS)is a critical condition of central nervous system.In recent years,domestic and foreign scholars have highly valued the prehospital diagnosis and management of AIS mobile stroke unit to shorten the CT examination,diagnosis and thrombolysis times,increase the thrombolysis rate,and improve the clinical outcome.In 2019,the National Stroke Prevention and Treatment Engineering Committee formulated Chinese Expert Consensus on Mobile Stroke Units 2019 and Chinese Expert Consensus on Technical Specifications of Mobile Stroke Units 2019.Over the past 3 years,5G information and artificial intelligence have been integrated in prehospital diagnosis and management in mobile stroke units at home and abroad,and their concept and treatments progressed significantly.Based on the consensus of Chinese experts,guidelines on 5G mobile stroke unit for prehospital diagnosis and management in China have been formulated.
