ZIF衍生多孔材料电催化剂的制备与OER性能

摘要 有序多孔材料基电催化剂在能源转换领域具有重要作用.有序多孔材料可以暴露更多的活性位点,同时可以有效促进催化过程中离子的传输.采用沸石咪唑酯骨架材料(Zeolitic imidazolate frameworks,ZIF)为硬模板,通过造孔剂和胶束结合在ZIF纳米片上均匀地修饰有序介孔.复合胶束@ZIF纳米片经热处理和磷化后标记为P-MCS@ZIF,P-MCS@ZIF作为电催化剂对其进行析氧性能分析.结果表明,在电流密度为10mA·cm^(-2)时,P-MCS@ZIF的过电位为303mV,明显优于未经过造孔处理的参比样品,说明复合结构纳米片材料表面修饰有序介孔可以提高电催化性能.该方法为高性能电催化剂的制备提供了有效的参考. Ordered porous materials based electrocatalysts play an important role in the field of energy conversion.Ordered porous materials can expose more active sites,and can effectively promote the transport of ions in the catalytic process.Zeolite imidazolate frameworks(ZIF) are used as hard templates,and then ordered mesopores are uniformly modified on ZIF nano sheets by combining pore forming agents and micelles.After heat treatment and phosphating,the composite micelle@ZIF nano sheet is labeled as P-MCS@ZIF.As an electrocatalyst,its electrocatalytic performance was analyzed.The results show that at a current density of 10 mA cm^(-2),P-MCS@ZIF the overpotential of 303 mV is obviously better than that of the reference sample without pore forming treatment.It shows that the surface modification of ordered mesoporous composite nano sheet materials can improve the electrocatalysis performance.The method provides an effective reference for the preparation of high-performance electrocatalysts.
