河南省科技创新与数字经济协同发展路径研究

Research on the Coordinated Development Path of Scientific and Technological Innovation and Digital Economy in Henan Province

【目的】提出河南省科技创新与数字经济协同发展路径,为中部地区缝合经济与科技“两张皮”,促进中原崛起战略的实施提供建议。【方法】以河南省科技创新、数字经济领域的发展现状为研究内容,通过数据搜集、分析和整理,对比国内北京、广州等科技创新与数字经济发展较为先进的省份,比较分析河南省科技创新与数字经济协同发展的关键性难题。【结果】河南省科技创新与数字经济已经取得不少成就,但还存在科技创新的适应性有待提高、可操作性不具体、与经济协同融合不够、数字化覆盖面不广、发展不均衡的问题。【结论】河南省需要营造良好的外部环境,大力吸引高新技术人才,优化体制机制,拓展核心城市或重点领域的辐射力,以促进科技创新与数字经济协同发展。

[Purposes] Put forward the coordinated development path of technological innovation and digital economy in Henan Province,and provide suggestions for stitching up the "two skins" of economy and technology in the central region to promote the implementation of the strategy of the rise of the Central Plains.[Methods] Taking the development status of technological innovation and digital economy in Henan Province as the research content,through data collection,analysis and collation,the key problems of the coordinated development of technological innovation and digital economy in Henan Province are compared and analyzed by comparing the relatively advanced provinces of technological innovation and digital economy in China,such as Beijing and Guangzhou.[Findings] Henan Province has made many achievements in scientific and technological innovation and digital economy,but there are still problems such as the adaptability of scientific and technological innovation needs to be improved,the operability is not specific,the synergy and integration with the economy is not enough,the digital coverage is not wide,and the development is uneven.[Conclusions] Henan Province needs to create a good external environment,vigorously attract high-tech talents,optimize the system and mechanism,and expand the radiation of core cities or key areas to promote the coordinated development of scientific and technological innovation and digital economy.
