基于GC-MS的奥氏黄檀与巴里黄檀抽提液化学成分研究

摘要 对奥氏黄檀和巴里黄檀心材提取液进行分析,探索两者异同。使用乙酸乙酯、二氯甲烷、甲醇、乙醇4种提取剂,对奥氏黄檀与巴里黄檀进行提取,确定每种提取剂的最佳提取时间、水浴温度及超声功率。采用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用法分别对奥氏黄檀和巴里黄檀4种提取液进行分析,结果表明两种木材的4种提取液总离子流图无显著差异,4种提取液分析出5种相对含量较高的化学成分,分别为顺式三甲基氧白藜芦醇、美迪紫檀素、山槐素、异多糖脲醇和刺芒柄花素,其中主要成分为美迪紫檀素和山槐素,两者相对含量之和均大于90%;通过相关性分析,奥氏黄檀和巴里黄檀不同提取剂的总离子流图相关系数均大于0.930,相关性极高,证明两种木材抽提物成分基本相同,无法对两者进行准确区分。 Four solvents,ethyl acetate,dichloromethane,methanol,and ethanol were used to obtain the wood extractives of Dalbergia oliveri and D.bariensis.The best time of extraction,temperature of water and ultrasonic power were determined.Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)was adopted to analyze the four extractives of Dalbergia oliveri and D.bariensis.The result showed that no significant difference among the total ion chromatograms of four extractives by different solvents of D.oliveri and D.bariensis.Five kinds of chemical components were found in each extractive of D.oliveri and D.bariensis.They are Cis-Trimethoxyresveratrol,Medicarpin,Inermin,Isomucronuratol and Formononetin,among them,Medicarpin and Inermin are the main components and the sum of relative content is more than 90%.Through the correlation analysis,the correlation coefficients of total ion chromatograms of four extractives of D.oliveri and D.bariensis are all above 0.930,showing high correlation,which proves that the components of these two kinds of wood extractives are basically the same.
