带座手杖产品质量安全风险探究

Research on Quality Safety Risk of Walking Sticks and Canes with Seat

随着我国老年人口增多,中国逐渐步入老龄化社会,一种新型适老化产品—带座手杖应运而生。为了探究该新型产品的质量状况,参照GB/T 3325—2017《金属家具通用技术条件》及GB/T 19545.1—2012《单臂操作助行器具要求和试验方法 第1部分:肘拐杖》等标准对采集的25批次带座手杖产品的管材外观性能要求、静载试验(把手)、座面静载荷、座面冲击等项目进行了质量安全风险监测,结果显示:6批次产品存在质量安全风险,其中5批次产品的管材外观性能要求项目不符合相关标准要求,可能存在划伤人体的风险;1批次产品的座面静载荷项目不符合相关标准要求,可能造成人体跌落、损害人体健康的风险;相关部门需加强对新型适老化产品的标准制修订和监督管理。

With the increase of the elderly population in our country,China is gradually entering an aging society,a new type of senior-friendly product—walking sticks and canes with seat is popularing. In accordance with GB/T 3325—2017“General technical requirements for metal furniture”and GB/T19545.1—2012“Walking aids manipulated by one arm-Requirements and test methods—Part 1:Elbow crutches”,appearance performance requirements of pipe,static load test(handle),seat static load,seat impact of 25 batches of collected walking sticks and canes with seat are determined for researching the product quality,results showed that,6 batches of collected walking sticks and canes with seat existed quality and safety risk,appearance performance requirements items of pipe of 5 batches products and seat static load of 1 batch product did not meet the standard requirements of GB/T 3325—2017,there may be a risk of scratching the human body and falling and harm to human health,relevant departments need to strengthen the standard formulation,revision,supervision and management of new senior-friendly products.
