快速循环刻意练习是依托于模拟演练的一种培训方法,能在短时间内提升护士对知识及技能关键点的记忆力,有利于长期维持培训效果。该文综述了快速循环刻意练习的概念、内容、实施原则、效果评价及局限性,为今后我国完善护士在职培训方案、提升与维持培训效果提供参考。

Rapid cycle deliberate practice is a type of training method based on simulation exercises,which can improve trainees’memory abilities of knowledge and key points of skills in a short period of time,which is conducive to the maintenance of long-term training effects.This paper summarized the concept,content,implementation principles,effect evaluation and limitations of rapid cycle deliberate practice,providing reference for improving the inservice training program of nurses and improving and maintaining the training effect in the future.
