履带式工程车机械液压差速转向装置参数设计 被引量:1

摘要 机械液压差速转向装置作为一种双功率流转向装置,其参数设计是一个非线性、多目标和多参数优化问题。在对履带式工程车参数设计、目标评价和约束条件理论分析的基础上,提出了一种基于多岛遗传算法(Multi Island Genetic Algorithm, MIGA)和序列二次规划(Sequential Quadratic Programming, SQP)法的组合优化方法。根据组合优化的思想,对履带式工程车机械液压差速转向装置参数进行全局寻优,结合实例样车设计需要,将机械液压差速转向装置参数进行优化,优化后的参数可满足设计需要,表明所给出的组合优化方法可用于工程车机械液压差速转向装置参数设计。 As a dual power flow steering device, the parameter design of mechanical hydraulic differential steering device is a nonlinear, multi-objective and multi parameter optimization problem.Based on the theoretical analysis of the parameters design, evaluation objectives and constraints of crawler engineering vehicle, a combined optimization method based on Multi Island Genetic Algorithm(MIGA) and Sequential Quadratic Programming(SQP) method were proposed. According to the idea of combinatorial optimization, the parameters of the mechanical hydraulic differential steering device of crawler engineering vehicle were globally optimized.Combined with the design needs of the example vehicle, the parameters of the mechanical hydraulic differential steering device were optimized.The optimized parameters can meet the design needs, which shows that the combined optimization method can be used in the design of the mechanical hydraulic differential steering device of the engineering vehicle.
