摘要
良好的教师晋升评价体系有助于正向激励教师,提升教育教学质量,为高校优化人才结构、实现新的发展提供动力。当前对高校教师晋升评价的讨论主要集中在教学与科研二者地位,统一的评价标准无法应对多元评价情境等方面。文章以澳大利亚麦考瑞大学的教师晋升评价标准和流程为例进行研究,发现麦考瑞大学教师晋升评价流程规范、标准清晰,具有面向学生未来、协同社群发展以及层级明晰、双向互动的特点。
A great academic promotion evaluation system is important to motivate faculty members,improve teaching quality,and provide dynamic for universities to optimize their personnel structure and achieve new developments.Current studies on the academic promotion evaluation of universities mainly focus on the status of teaching and research,where the unified evaluation standard cannot match the diverse evaluation situations.This article takes the academic promotion evaluation standards and process of Macquarie University in Australia as an example,to find that its academic promotion evaluation process is standardized with clear standards.It is oriented to the future of students,collaborates with community development,and has a clear hierarchy with a two-way interaction.
