核心素养与课程目标——基于核心素养内涵的义务教育物理课程目标解读 被引量:5

摘要 《义务教育物理课程标准(2022年版)》不仅提出了核心素养,而且建构了基于核心素养内涵的课程目标。物理(科学)课程标准中课程目标的国际比较、OECD“2030学习框架”的能力比较、《中国学生发展核心素养》研究报告的要点解读、高中物理学科核心素养的内涵梳理及一线教师认可度调研等前期探索,为凝练义务教育物理课程要培养的核心素养的内涵及要素提供了重要参考。从三维目标到核心素养,更加凸显了课程的育人功能,体现了从学科本位到以人为本的转变;基于核心素养内涵建构的义务教育物理课程目标,可全方位助力学生核心素养的养成与发展。 The Physics Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education(2022 Edition)proposed not only the core competencies but also the curriculum objectives based on the connotation of core competencies.The international comparison of the curriculum objectives in the physics curriculum standards,the ability comparison of the OECD“2030 Learning Framework”,the interpretation of the key points of the research report“Core Literacy for Chinese Students to Develop”,the sorting-out of the connotation of the core competencies of physics in senior high schools and the research on the recognition of front-line teachers have provided important references for refining the connotation and elements of the core competencies to be cultivated in the physics curriculum for compulsory education.From the three-dimensional goal to the core competencies,it highlights the educational function of the curriculum,and reflects the transformation of focus from discipline to people.The objectives based on core competencies in the new physics curriculum for compulsory education would help students to develop their core competencies in an all-round way.
