酸性鞘磷脂酶在酒精性肝病中的作用

摘要 鞘磷脂酶(sphingomyelinase,SMase)是鞘磷脂代谢的关键酶,通过水解磷酸二酯键产生第二信使神经酰胺(ceramide,Cer),参与调节机体多种生化反应。依据SMase生物活性的最适宜pH环境,将其分为酸性鞘磷脂酶(acid sphingomyelinase,ASMase)、中性SMase和碱性SMase。其中生物体内ASMase的含量及生物学活性均占比最高,是SMase最重要也是分布最广的亚型^([1])。
