基于过程工业大数据的煤电脱硫智能环保平台建设与应用 被引量:2

Construction and Application of Intelligent Environmental Protection Platform for Coal Fired Power Plant Desulfurization System Based on Big Data of Process Industry

摘要 针对煤电环保岛能耗物耗高、运行方式粗放、运维人员水平参差、工作强度大等问题,提出应用过程工业大数据分析及建模技术解决脱硫系统现存问题的解决方案,建立了煤电脱硫智能环保平台,并对平台建设方案及应用效果进行了介绍。平台建设采用嵌入DCS的形式,有效地保障了系统的安全性、稳定性及实时性,同时面向环保岛正常及异常工况操作内容,先后建成了面向复杂对象的智能控制系统、面向日常全系统参数监视的智慧监盘系统、面向周期性设备轮换工作的智能定期系统、面向异常预知的智能预警系统、面向突发故障的故障溯源及智能处理系统,实现了火电脱硫岛运行全业务场景的智能化升级,真正实现了系统的少人操作与少人值守。平台在取得良好经济效益的同时,大幅降低环保岛碳排放。 Aiming at the problems of high energy and material consumption,extensive operation mode,uneven level of operators and high working intensity of coal power desulfurization system,this paper puts forward a solution to the existing problems by applying process industrial big data analysis and modeling technology,developed an intelligent environmental protection platform for coal power desulfurization system,and introduces the construction scheme and application effect of the platform.The platform adopts the form of embedded DCS,which effectively ensures the safety,stability and real-time ability of the system.For the normal and abnormal operation conditions of the environmental protection island,the intelligent control system for complex controlled objects,the intelligent monitoring system for system parameter monitoring,the intelligent regular replacement system for periodic equipment rotation,the intelligent early warning system for abnormal conditions prediction,and the fault tracing and intelligent processing system for sudden failure,realizing the intelligent upgrading of the whole operation scenario of the thermal power desulfurization island,the system can be operated by fewer people.At the same time,it realizes the operating mode of fewer people on duty.It has achieved good economic benefits and greatly reduced the carbon emission of the coal power desulfurization system.
