摘要 贵州电网公司紧跟时代发展需求,大力推广运用新技术手段解决输电线路“线树”矛盾,通过全新的管理理念,进一步完善管理机制,达到联防联动效果,减少森林火灾、线路跳闸和危及人身、财产的安全风险,通过增加新技术应用,建立全面精准的树障隐患台账,优化工作流程,快速、高效、及时开展树障清理工作,有效降低了设备的运维风险;通过创新树障赔付方式,确保赔付资金安全、赔付款及时到位、支付流程合规合法、降低与树障赔偿相关的廉洁风险。为实现数字化转型、管理模式变革打下基础,为提升治理能力提供保障。 Keeping up with the development needs of the times,Guizhou Power Grid Company vigorously promotes the use of new technologies to solve the“line tree”contradiction of transmission lines.Through the new management concept,it further improves the management mechanism to achieve the effect of joint prevention and linkage and reduce the safety risks of forest fire,line trip and personal and property crisis.By increasing the application of new technologies,it establishes a comprehensive and accurate book of hidden obstacles.Optimize the work flow,quickly,efficiently and timely carry out the tree barrier cleaning work,effectively reduce the risk of equipment operation and maintenance.By innovating the compensation method for tree barrier,we can ensure the safety of compensation funds,timely payment,legal payment process,and reduce the integrity risks related to tree barrier compensation,laying a foundation for the realization of digital transformation and management model reform,and providing a guarantee for improving governance capacity.
