重视理科与科技创新后备人才培养——日本天才儿童教育研究 被引量:1

Attention to the Cultivation of Scientific and Technological Talents:Education of Gifted Children in Japan

摘要 受平等主义文化的影响,日本的政策和制度上均未明确提及天才教育,在其公立教育中也尽量避免对天才进行差异化教育。但事实上,日本天才教育是存在的,并在不同发展时期发挥了特定的历史功能。其天才教育始终坚持以大众教育为平台,以科技和理科人才的培养为重点,以社会团体、半官方机构、学校和政府的协力合作为主要实践实施路径,最终谋求整体教育水平的提高和国家经济的发展。 Influenced by egalitarian culture,Japan does not explicitly mention gifted education in its policies and institutions,and tries to avoid differentiated education for talents in its public education.In fact,the gifted education exists and has played a specific and important historical role in different development periods.Based on public education platform,Japan’s gifted education focuses on the cultivation of scientific and technological talents,takes the cooperation of social organizations,semi-official organizations,schools and government as the main implementation path,so as to seek to the improvement of the overall education level and the development of national economy.
