在公平中追求卓越——英国天才儿童教育研究

摘要 天才儿童培养对于拔尖创新人才工作具有重要意义。文章梳理英国天才儿童教育的发展历史发现,英国的天才儿童教育起步较早,但由于政党交替而导致的政策不够连续的问题较为突出,并且受到社会思潮变化的影响,其教育观念也从最初关注精英教育转变为注重教育公平。因此,英国的天才儿童教育具有以下特点:在选拔和培养上,英国注重学校对天才儿童定义和选拔的自主权,并将天才儿童教育整合到主流学校教育中。在天才儿童教育的管理方面,也形成了较为完整的体系,其最突出的优势在于将天才教育深深地嵌入整体教育政策和更广泛的社会政策目标之中,这不仅有利于为天才儿童提供更好的教育,而且也有利于这一领域工作的可持续性。总的来说,英国天才儿童教育在理论和实践方面均取得了较为显著的成就。 Since the education of gifted children is of great significance to the top-notch innovative talents,this paper finds that the education of gifted children in the UK has early start by combing the development history,with serious problem of insufficient policy due to the alternation of political parties.Affected by the change of social ideological trend,its educational concept has also changed from focusing on elite education to educational equity.Therefore,the education of gifted children in the UK has the following characteristics:In terms of selection and training,it pays attention to the autonomy of schools in defining and selecting gifted children,also integrates the education into mainstream school education.In the management of the education of gifted children,it forms a complete system.The most prominent advantage lies in the embedding of gifted education into the overall educational policy and the broader social policy objectives,which is not only contributing to better provide education for gifted children,but also conductive to the sustainability in this field.In conclusion,the education of gifted children in UK has made remarkable achievements in both theory and practice.
