在教育平等中构建天才教育多维路径——芬兰天才儿童教育发展述评

摘要 天才儿童是国家培养拔尖创新人才的重要来源。梳理芬兰在天才儿童培养方面的转变和创新可以发现,芬兰天才教育呈现发展性特点:在天才的鉴别和选拔方面,突出差异化和动态鉴别;教育法规的修订过程中,呈现出个性化和灵活性,通过特殊学校、特殊班级、特殊项目等构成了多元化的天才培养体系。未来,芬兰将在加强建设高水平的专业教师队伍,将道德培养的内容融入天才儿童培养过程中两方面继续努力,探索构建独立且自特色鲜明的天才儿童培养体系。 Since gifted children are an important source for the country to cultivate top-notch innovative talents,this paper presents the developmental characteristics of gifted education in Finland by combing through the transformation and innovation in the cultivation:In the identification and selection of gifted children,it highlights the differentiation and dynamic identification;in the process of the revision of educational laws and regulations,it shows individuation and flexibility,forms a diversified talent training system through special schools,special classes and special programs.In the future,Finland will continue to make efforts in both aspects of strengthening the construction of high-level professional teachers and integrating the content of moral cultivation into the training process of gifted children,so as to explore the establishment of an independent and distinctive training system for gifted children.
