芦笋种子萌发期耐铝毒特性综合评价及筛选

摘要 为明确不同芦笋品种(系)的耐铝程度,为抗铝毒机理研究和品种选育提供参考,以25个芦笋品种(系)为材料,用500mg·L^(-1)浓度的铝溶液进行胁迫处理,通过测定发芽率、发芽势、鲜重、胚根长、胚芽长等10个指标,采用平均隶属函数值、主成分分析、综合评价值和聚类分析等方法,综合评价芦笋种子萌发期铝毒耐性,并筛选萌发期耐铝毒芦笋种质。基于综合评价值聚类分析,将25个芦笋品种(系)分为5个耐性级别:其中,第I级含4份,为强耐铝毒品种(系);第Ⅱ级含4份,为耐铝品种(系);第Ⅲ级含4份,为中等耐铝品种(系);第Ⅳ级含11份为铝敏感品种(系);第Ⅴ级含2份,为铝毒极敏感品种(系)。通过综合评价和聚类分析,筛选出芦笋种子萌发期铝毒耐性极强的品种(系)UC157(F1)和JX2123,可作为芦笋铝毒耐性育种和耐性机制研究的重要资源。 In order to clarify the tolerance degree to aluminum toxicity in different asparagus(Asparagus officinalis L.) varieties(lines),and provide a reference for understanding resistance mechanism to aluminum toxicity and variety breeding,seeds from 25 asparagus varieties(lines) were treated with a concentration of 500 mg·L^(-1) aluminum solution.Ten indexes were measured such as germination rate,germination energy,fresh weight,length of root and bud.Comprehensive assessment of tolerance to aluminum-toxicity at germination stage of asparagus was conducted by average membership function value,principal component analysis,clustering analysis and comprehensive evaluation method.Based on the assessment values,25 asparagus varieties(lines) were classified into 5 groups:group I,including 4 varieties(lines) as the highest tolerance to aluminum toxicity;group Ⅱ,including 4 varieties(lines) as aluminum resistant;group Ⅲ,including 4 varieties(lines) as medium aluminum resistant;group Ⅳ,including 11 varieties(lines) as aluminum sensitive;group Ⅴ,including 2 varieties(lines) as extremely sensitive to aluminum toxicity.Moreover,two asparagus varieties(lines),UC157(F1) and JX2123 appeared the highest tolerance to aluminum toxicity at seed germination stage,which can be used as important germplasm resources for breeding and mechanism study on aluminum tolerance in asparagus.
