摘要
为了探讨生态因子对栀子果实中活性成分含量的影响,推动栀子资源的有效利用和生态种植,采用HPLC法测定了10个试验点渝栀1号无性系果实中栀子苷、西红花苷的含量,应用正交偏最小二乘法回归(OPLS)模型,分析了生态因子对栀子主要活性成分栀子苷、西红花苷积累的影响。结果表明,不同生态环境中,栀子果实中的栀子苷、西红花苷含量差异极显著。有机质、7月平均温度、年平均相对湿度、年平均气温是影响栀子苷积累的主要因素,其中有机质、年平均相对湿度与栀子苷含量呈正相关,7月平均温度、年平均气温与栀子苷含量呈负相关。钾、活动积温、年日照时数是影响西红花苷积累的主要因素,西红花苷的含量与活动积温呈正相关,与钾、年日照时数呈负相关。说明生态环境的差异,会造成栀子活性成分含量的变化,从而影响药材的质量。在栀子栽培立地过程中,可将有机质、7月平均温度、年平均相对湿度、年平均气温、钾、活动积温、年日照时数这7个因子作为选择优质产区的参考因子。
In order to explore the effect of ecological factors on the content of active ingredients and to promote the effective utilization and ecological planting of Gardenia jasminoides,we determined the contents of geniposide and crocin in Yuzhi No.1 clonal fruit from 10 experimental sites by HPLC(high performance liquid chromatography).At the same time,we analyzed the effects of ecological division on the accumulation of geniposide and crocin by using orthogonal partial least squares regression model(OPLS).The results showed that the contents of geniposide and crocin in G.jasminoides fruit were significantly different in different ecological environments.The main factors affecting the accumulation of geniposide were organic matter,average temperature in July,relative humidity and annual average temperature;the organic matter and relative humidity were positively correlated with the geniposide content,while the average temperature in July and annual average temperature were negatively correlated with the content of geniposide.Potassium,active accumulated temperature and annual sunshine duration were the main factors affecting the accumulation of crocin,and the content of crocin was positively correlated with active accumulated temperature,while it was negatively correlated with potassium and annual sunshine duration.The result showed that the difference in ecological environment will lead to the change of the content of active components in G.jasminoides,which will affect the quality of medicinal materials.In the process of Gardenia cultivation,we can take organic matter,average temperature in July,relative humidity,annual average temperature,potassium,active accumulated temperature and annual sunshine duration as reference indexes for selecting high-quality production areas.
