构造特征对正交胶合木物理力学性能影响研究进展

摘要 相比其他结构材,正交胶合木(CLT)具有一些独特的构造特征,如层板布置方向、横向层层板宽厚比、层板间侧面缝隙及应力释放缝等,这些构造特征对CLT的物理力学性能存在影响。阐述了CLT主要构造特征存在的原因及不同标准中的差异,针对CLT构造特征对其物理力学性能影响的国内外相关研究进行了总结,指出了构造特征对CLT物理力学性能的影响规律,以期为后续CLT材料研究和应用提供参考。 Compared with other structural materials, cross-laminated timber(CLT) has some unique structural characteristics, such as lamination layout direction, aspect ratio of transverse lamination, gaps between laminations and release grooves, etc. which have impacts on the physical and mechanical properties of CLT. The reasons for the existence of the main structural characteristics of CLT and the differences in different standards were expounded, the relevant studies on the influence of CLT structural characteristics on its physical and mechanical properties in recent years were summarized, and the effect rules of structural characteristics on CLT physical and mechanical properties were concluded, which provide reference for the following research of CLT material and application.
