摘要
为节约木材存放空间,提高木材的存放效率,设计了一种可供不同种类木材存放的立体仓库。简述了木材存放流程,搭建了木材存储立体仓库样机模型。分析了木材立体仓库存取木材的方式,并建立了立体仓库连续存放木材的数学模型,以立体仓库存放和取出木材总耗时为目标函数,对立体仓库在不同模式下存取木材消耗的平均时长进行比较研究,最终确定原地等待模式为最优存取模式。
In order to save the storage space of wood and improve the storage efficiency of wood, a stereoscopic warehouse for different kinds of wood was designed, and then the process of wood storage was briefly described,and the prototype model of the stereoscopic warehouse for wood storage was built. The way of accessing wood in a stereoscopic timber warehouse was analyzed, and a mathematical model for continuous storage of wood in a stereoscopic timber warehouse was established, the total time spent for storing and taking out wood in a stereoscopic timber warehouse as the objective function was used. A comparative study was carried out on the average length of time spent accessing wood in stereo warehouses under different modes, and the optimal storage mode was finally determined as the in-place waiting mode.
