西藏昌都市如美砂石加工系统设计工艺方案研究 被引量:1

摘要 如美砂石加工系统设计处理能力为1?200t/h,设计生产能力1?000t/h,属于大型砂石加工系统。包括砂石加工系统建设和生产运行两个阶段,受交通条件所限,地域和位置较为特殊,专门组织了工地现场勘查和技术方案研究,邀请了砂石行业技术领域有关专家提供意见。组织砂石项目在建或运行的专业技术骨干进行了施工技术方案的设计和编写;主要包括土建、金属结构、设备和电气安装和调试等4个主要专业施工,按业主招标建设施工期计划,需安排足够的施工资源,有序安排土建场平、道路、设备和构架基础、供排水、污水处理、除尘等设备基础土建施工项目,通过制定合理的砂石加工工艺及配套设施,能够有效控制成品骨料质量,实现绿色节能环保,确保正常砂石加工系统稳定运行、投产。 Rumei sandstone processing system has 1200 t/h capacity and 1000 t/h capacity. It belongs to large sandstone processing system. It includes two stages: construction of sandstone processing system and production and operation. Limited by traffic conditions, its location and location are quite special. Therefore, site investigation and technical scheme research are specially organized and relevant experts in technical field of sand and stone industry are invited to provide opinions. Meanwhile, the professional and technical backbones of construction or operation of sandstone projects are organized to design and compile the construction technical scheme. Mainly including civil construction, metal structure, equipment and electrical installation and commissioning and other four major professional construction. According to the construction period plan of the Owner’s tender, adequate construction resources shall be arranged, and equipment foundations such as civil leveling, roads, equipment and frame foundations, water supply and drainage, sewage treatment and dust removal shall be arranged in an orderly manner. By making reasonable sand and stone processing technology and supporting facilities, we can effectively control the quality of finished aggregates, realize green energy-saving and environmental protection, and ensure the stable operation and putting into operation of normal sand and stone processing system.
