摘要
以高速公路炉房沟大桥高墩变截面薄壁空心墩为例,通过对山区高墩变截面薄壁空心墩施工中的施工工艺控制要点的分析及总结,形成工艺控制要点及措施,以提高山区变截面薄壁空心墩施工的安全控制、质量控制、进度控制及成本控制水平。悬臂模板施工工艺简单、施工速度快、材料投入少、施工成本低、质量及安全保证性高、标准化程度高。
Taking variable section thin-walled hollow pier of Fufanggou Bridge as an example, this paper analyses and summarizes the key construction technology control points of variable section thin-walled hollow pier of high pier in mountainous area. Finally, key points and measures of process control are formed to improve the safety control, quality control, progress control and cost control level of construction of thin-wall hollow pier with variable section in mountainous area. Cantilever formwork is characterized by simple construction process, fast construction speed, less material investment, low construction cost, high quality and safety guarantee and high degree of standardization.
